Standard Shipping

We ship with UPS:

Most orders are ship with in 24 hours. (During business days we will attempt to ship your order the same day. Order must be received by 11:00 AM CT).

Shipping options:
UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd. Day Air or Next Day Air to all continental US states. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the USVI, please click here.

US Shipping Rates:
Want to know how much a product will cost to ship? The following are average shipping rates (exact shipping cost will display when checking out).

1. Small items (i.e.: Harken blocks, Sailing Gloves, Shackles, Halyards): UPS Ground $8
2. Mid Size items (i.e.: Harken Winches, Foul Weather Gear, up to 15 lbs.): UPS Ground $15 to $20
3. Over Size items (i.e.: Forespar Whisker Poles, Spinnaker Poles, over size tracks): Freight $90 to $120

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the USVI:

1. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be ship as 2nd. Day Air
2. Puerto Rico orders are ship using FedEx. We will contact you with details.
3. For order going to the US Virgin Islands, please contact us.


Freight and Over Size Items Delivery:

What is Freight Delivery / Product Ship by Truck Only?
Freight delivery means your product will be shipped and arrive via a large truck. Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers (UPS, FedEx).

How do I know if a product requires freight delivery?
Delivery details for each product are shown in the shipping section of the product page.

How are delivery arrangements made?
To provide a higher level of service, Mauri Pro Sailing and the freight carrier will work with you directly to arrange a delivery date and time. In most cases the local freight carrier will call you to arrange an appointment within 24 hours of delivery.

Can you Freight Delivery to a residential address?
No, oversize products requiring freight delivery must be ship to a commercial address only. Your marina or boat yard are usually the best places to receive oversize products.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?
Orders requiring freight delivery cannot be canceled after shipment. If you refuse a freight carrier delivery, you will be charged delivery to and from the shipping address.

What should I do when the delivery arrives?
The most important thing to remember about freight carrier deliveries is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If your product and/or box(es) arrive damaged, please record any damages in detail on the delivery receipt.
Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. Also, record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and that all pieces are accounted for before you sign. If you do not note specific shipping errors, we may be unable to replace your order.

Should I refuse the delivery because of damages?
You may choose to refuse the delivery if there is any damage to your product(s). If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace any damaged pieces.

What should I do if the product is damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. If a damaged item arrives outside of our business hours, please contact us on the next business day. We will request that any replacement item(s) be sent to you promptly and free of charge.

What if I discover the product is damaged after I unpack it?
If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, contact us immediately. If you fail to notify us of damages within 24 hours, we may not be able to replace your order.
